Legal Engineer / Solutions Lead

This is a role at a fast-growing AI-native legal-technology company building tools for lawyers, in close partnership with them. The platform helps legal professionals work faster and ask better questions of their data, turning complex legal processes into something smarter and more human — from analysing thousands of documents in minutes to building intelligent workflows alongside leading legal teams.
The company already works with major law firms across dozens of countries and is scaling quickly.
This role does not sit neatly in one box — part legal ops, part product specialist, part solutions architect, part trusted adviser to clients. The mission is to help some of the most respected legal teams in the world get the most out of the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a thought partner to clients — building trust, solving pain points and spotting opportunities for them to expand their use of the platform.
- Own the client relationship alongside Customer Success — from early pilots through onboarding to firm-wide adoption.
- Be the voice of the user internally, feeding insight into product development and roadmap decisions.
- Deliver clear, confident product demos and training.
- Document best practice and help build scalable playbooks as the function grows globally.
- Help clients navigate the shift to AI-enabled legal work — from ROI evaluation to mapping impact across practice areas.
What we're looking for
- Background in law, ideally with experience at a top-tier firm or in-house legal team.
- Tech-curious and product-savvy — not necessarily technical, but comfortable in conversations about generative AI, technology implementation and innovation.
- Clear, confident communicator across both legal and engineering audiences.
- Comfortable bringing structure to ambiguity and staying calm under pace.
- Able to evaluate and improve processes in light of new technology.
- Proactive and self-directed, comfortable managing multiple client relationships at once.
- Cares about quality without getting stuck in perfectionism.
